How It Works
Your Evaluation in 4 Simple Steps
Four steps from checkout to Performance Rewards: choose NEO NOVA, NEO DUO, NEO EXPRESS or NEO ACCESS, hit the Evaluation Goal while staying inside the daily and maximum drawdown limits (NEO EXPRESS has no evaluation phase), reach the funded stage on a simulated account of up to $150K, then request Performance Rewards every two weeks with an 8-hour average processing time. NEO NOVA, NEO DUO and NEO EXPRESS have no time limit (NEO ACCESS: 30 days to pass), and minimum trading days range from 3 on NEO NOVA to 5 on NEO EXPRESS.

Step 2
Pass the Evaluation
Demonstrate your trading skills by hitting the Evaluation Goal while staying within the drawdown limits. Trade at your own pace with no time limit on most challenges.
Step 3
Reach the Funded Stage
Once you pass, your simulated account moves to the funded stage, with the same Virtual Limits as your evaluation plus the funded-stage rules, such as the ±5-minute news window.
Step 4
Participate & Receive Performance Reward
A Reward Coefficient of up to 90% is applied to your simulated result to calculate each Performance Reward. Request Performance Rewards bi-weekly and receive your Performance Reward eligibility within 8 hours on average.
