Important – educational services with virtual capital
NEOM Funded provides educational services and evaluation programmes for Participants. All trading on our platform is performed with virtual (simulated) capital. NEOM Funded is not a broker, does not accept client deposits, and does not hold client funds. Any Performance Reward payable on successful evaluations is compensation for educational performance, not an investment return. NEOM Funded is not authorised or registered by any financial-services regulator (including CNMV or ESMA), and nothing here is investment advice. The binding agreement between NEOM Funded (Neom Triple A Information Technology LLC, Dubai, UAE) and Participants governing its simulated trading evaluation, education and gamified skill-assessment Services. Covers account creation, KYC/AML verification, prohibited trading practices and risk rules, the Benefit Program (Performance Rewards), refunds and the EU/UK/EEA consumer withdrawal right with its checkout consent architecture, data protection (GDPR/UK-GDPR/UAE PDPL/CCPA) including automated decision-making disclosures, brand protection, governing law (Dubai/DIAC arbitration, English prevailing language) and legacy programmes.

Customer Due Diligence & AML/Sanctions Framework
NEOM Funded's customer due diligence, anti-money-laundering, and sanctions-compliance framework for its simulated trading evaluation services, applied under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 10 of 2025 to the extent applicable. It covers the risk-based approach, KYC/CDD and Enhanced Due Diligence, sanctions and PEP screening, prohibited jurisdictions, transaction monitoring, internal suspicious-activity escalation, record-keeping, training, and governance.

Refund Policy
Sets out the categories of fees payable to NEOM Funded (Evaluation, Reset, and Add-on Fees) and when they are refundable: the standard non-refund rule from Delivery of Credentials, the exceptions (including refunds where the Company terminates an Account for convenience), and the mandatory consumer-withdrawal rights for the EU, EEA, UK, UAE, US, and other jurisdictions, with the four-checkbox checkout consent and the refund calculation on valid withdrawal. Also explains the refund request procedure and statutory timelines, chargebacks, and the distinction between refunds and Benefit Program payments.
