Plan Specification

The canonical product specification table referenced by the Terms and Conditions §1.5(ii): the per-product parameters (account sizes, Evaluation Goals, Daily and Max Virtual Limits, minimum and Profitable Days, Consistency Rule, Reward Coefficient tiers, holding and news rules) of the active programmes NEO NOVA, NEO DUO, NEO EXPRESS and NEO ACCESS, plus the archived parameters of the fifteen legacy programmes.

Version v3.0

Publication Date: 26 August 2026

Neom Triple A Information Technology LLC

The Binary by Omniyat, Office 2114, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE

Preamble

This Plan Specification publishes the per-product parameters of each Funded Evaluation Account product offered by the Company. Every term used in this Plan Specification — including, without limitation, Participant, Funded Evaluation Account, Express Evaluation Account, Evaluation Phase, Evaluation Goal, Reward Coefficient, Performance Reward, Reward Cycle, Daily Virtual Limit, Max Virtual Limit, Weekend Holding Restriction, Overnight Holding Restriction, Profitable Days Required, Consistency Rule, and Legacy Product — has the meaning given to it in the Terms & Conditions v5.0 ("the Terms"). This Plan Specification publishes only the numerical and structural parameters and the per-product allocation of mechanisms; the legal meaning and operation of each mechanism is governed exclusively by the Terms.

Clean-slate rebuild. This version supersedes Plan Specification v2.0 in its entirety. The active product catalogue has been rebuilt from four (4) products verified against the Company website (neomfunded.com) at the effective date of this Plan Specification v3.0: NEO NOVA, NEO DUO, NEO EXPRESS, and NEO ACCESS. All products previously offered under Plan Specification v2.0 and earlier versions — including v2.0-active products NEO PRIME, NEO DUO, NEO DUO ORIGIN, NEO EXPRESS, and NEO NOVA, and v2.0-legacy products Nova, Origin 2-Step, Origin 1-Step, Origin Express Evaluation, Prime 2-Step, Prime 1-Step, Prime Express Evaluation, Crypto 2-Step, Crypto 1-Step, and Crypto Express Evaluation — are discontinued under Plan Specification v3.0 and are archived, with their historical parameters, in Annex B (Legacy Programmes) of this Plan Specification. Where a v2.0-active product name coincides with a v3.0 active product name (NEO DUO, NEO EXPRESS, NEO NOVA), the v2.0-active edition is archived in Annex B under a (v2.0 OLD EDITION) designation to prevent conflict with the current active product. The Crypto-based Legacy Programmes are additionally cross-referenced by name in T&C Annex B.2, which does not republish per-product numerical parameters; the per-product Crypto parameters are set out exclusively in Annex B of this Plan Specification.

No prices published. This Plan Specification does not publish, and must not be read to imply, any dollar price for any product, tier, or add-on. The Company checkout calculator on the Company website is the sole authoritative source for Account Prices. This Plan Specification publishes only structural parameters: tier sizes (stated as Initial Simulated Capital denominations), Evaluation Goals, Daily Virtual Limit and Max Virtual Limit percentages, minimum trading days, Profitable Days Required, Consistency Rule thresholds, and Reward Coefficient tiers.

Reward Coefficient tiers — general note. Where a product offers a Tier 80 (default) / Tier 90 (paid add-on) choice, that choice is a Purchase-Time Recognition Tier (within the meaning of T&C §1.5(ee)) selected and paid for by the Participant at purchase; it is not a separate product or a separate SKU. NEO EXPRESS is offered exclusively at a fixed Purchase-Time Tier 70, with no Participant choice. NEO ACCESS is designated in this Plan Specification as offering a Progressive Recognition Tier (within the meaning of T&C §1.5(hh)), which advances automatically from Level 1 (70%) to Level 2 (80%) upon crystallisation of the 2nd Performance Reward on the Account, and from Level 2 (80%) to Level 3 (90%) upon crystallisation of the 6th Performance Reward on the Account; this progression is administered by the Company on the basis of these published objective criteria and is not a Participant choice.

Performance Reward terminology. This Plan Specification uses the term "Performance Reward(s)" to describe payments made to a Participant under the Terms. All four active products operate on a bi-weekly Performance Reward schedule (a Performance Reward request may be submitted every 14 calendar days), subject to a Minimum Performance Reward Amount of USD 100 per payout request.

In the event of any conflict between this Plan Specification and the Terms, the Plan Specification prevails as to the numerical and structural parameters and the per-product allocation of mechanisms; the Terms prevail as to the meaning and legal operation of each mechanism.

All monetary references in this Plan Specification are limited to structural capital designations (e.g., USD 5,000 Initial Simulated Capital) and the Minimum Performance Reward Amount; no Account Price or fee figure is published. All times are stated in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). All percentage thresholds are stated as percentages of the initial Account Balance unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Plan Specification version applicable to a given Funded Evaluation Account is determined by the date of Account purchase in accordance with the standard modification regime defined in the Terms and is incorporated by reference into the Agreement upon such purchase.

Product index

This Plan Specification covers four (4) active Funded Evaluation Account products marketed under the NEOM Funded brand, all offered exclusively on MetaTrader 5 for Forex and Metals instruments:

  1. NEO NOVA — single-Evaluation-Phase, large-capital product with a mandatory Weekend Holding Restriction.
  2. NEO DUO — two-Evaluation-Phase product, restructured in this version as a standalone product line.
  3. NEO EXPRESS — Express Evaluation Account (no separate Evaluation Phase).
  4. NEO ACCESS — Pay-After-You-Pass, single-Evaluation-Phase product with a progressive Reward Coefficient and a 30-day evaluation time limit.

Legacy products previously offered under Plan Specification v2.0 and earlier versions (fifteen (15) products in total, comprising five (5) v2.0-active products and ten (10) v2.0-legacy products) are documented in Annex B, are discontinued under Plan Specification v3.0, and are closed to new purchases.

Active Products

4.1 NEO NOVA

NEO NOVA is a one-step Funded Evaluation Account product for Forex and Metals instruments, offered on MetaTrader 5, across the large-capital simulated range (USD 10,000 / 25,000 / 50,000 / 100,000 / 150,000). NEO NOVA applies a 6% Evaluation Goal in its single Evaluation Phase, a Daily Virtual Limit of 4% (Static) and a Max Virtual Limit of 3% (Static) plus the Same-Static supplementary parameter described below, a Profitable Days Required schedule of 3 days for the first Performance Reward request and 4 days for each subsequent request, a Consistency Rule with a 40% Best-Day cap (Best Day must not exceed 40% of cycle profit), and a mandatory Weekend Holding Restriction with forced position close from Friday 22:00 UTC to Sunday 22:00 UTC. No reference is made in this Plan Specification to any real capital, real trading, salary, investor return, or any term inconsistent with the simulated-account characterisation of the Terms.

2. Tiers and Reward Coefficient

Recognition Tier is the contractual parameter chosen and paid for by the Participant at purchase (or, for NEO ACCESS, automatically progressed based on accumulated Performance Rewards) in relation to a Funded Evaluation Account. Each Recognition Tier maps to (i) a Recognition Level expressed as a percentage figure and (ii) a Reward Coefficient applied in the calculation of any Performance Reward.

Recognition TierRecognition LevelReward Coefficient

Tier 90 (paid add-on)Up to 90%90%

Initial Simulated Capital (tiers). USD 10,000 / 25,000 / 50,000 / 100,000 / 150,000. No other Initial Simulated Capital values are offered for the NEO NOVA product.

Account Price. Account Prices for each combination of Initial Simulated Capital and Reward Coefficient tier are published on the Company checkout calculator and are not reproduced in this Plan Specification. Account Price is subject to the standard modification regime and non-retroactivity rule defined in the Terms.

  • The Tier 80 / Tier 90 selection made by the Participant at the time of purchase is a Reward Coefficient tier and is not a separate SKU or a separate product.
  • Tier 80 is the default Reward Coefficient tier. Tier 90 is available exclusively as a paid add-on selected at purchase.
  • The Reward Coefficient is the percentage figure applied to performance in the calculation of any Performance Reward; it is not a share of trading profits or a return on investment.

3. Objectives

NEO NOVA comprises one Evaluation Phase and one funded stage.

ParameterEvaluation PhaseFunded stage
Evaluation Goal (Profit Target)6% of initial BalanceN/A
Minimum trading days0 (no minimum; subject to inactivity rule)0 (no minimum; subject to inactivity rule)
Maximum stage durationUnlimitedUnlimited
Profitable Days Required3 Profitable Days at ≥ 0.5% daily-profit threshold (gating requirement for advancement to the funded stage)3 Profitable Days at ≥ 0.5% daily-profit threshold for the first Performance Reward request; 4 Profitable Days at ≥ 0.5% daily-profit threshold for each subsequent Performance Reward request
Consistency RuleDoes not applyApplies — Best-Day cap: 40%, evaluated per Performance Reward cycle (resets after each Performance Reward): the realised profit of the single best Trading Day within a cycle must not exceed 40% of the total realised profit accrued during that cycle. Failure of the Consistency Rule at the moment of a Performance Reward request is not, of itself, a breach of the Terms — it operates as a hold on that Performance Reward request until the cycle metrics re-balance at or below the cap.

4. Risk parameters

Every Funded Evaluation Account is subject at all times to a Daily Virtual Limit and a Max Virtual Limit. For NEO NOVA, the Daily Virtual Limit is 4% of the initial Balance and the Max Virtual Limit is 3% of the initial Balance, both operating under Static methodology, together with the Same-Static supplementary parameter described in the methodology notes below.

LimitValueMethodologyReference value
Daily Virtual Limit4% of initial BalanceStatic methodologyInitial Balance
Max Virtual Limit3% of initial Balance + Same-Static parameterStatic methodologyInitial Balance
Max Risk to Stop-Loss per Trade Idea2% of initial BalanceStatic per-trade capInitial Balance
  • The Daily Virtual Limit operates as a Static threshold equal to 4% of the initial Account Balance set at Account creation; it does not change for the life of the Account. The running daily-loss counter resets at 00:00 UTC each day; the threshold value itself remains constant.
  • The Max Virtual Limit operates as a Static threshold equal to 3% of the initial Account Balance, together with the Same-Static supplementary parameter, meaning the reference value for both the Daily Virtual Limit and the Max Virtual Limit is fixed against the same initial Balance reference point and does not trail equity.
  • The Daily Virtual Limit and Max Virtual Limit are virtual risk-management thresholds applicable to the simulated Account only; they do not correspond to any real loss of money by, or amount payable to or by, the Participant.
  • The Max Risk to Stop-Loss per Trade Idea is capped at 2% of the initial Account Balance, as defined and enforced under T&C §1.5(uu). This cap applies at the level of the aggregated Trade Idea (as defined in T&C §1.5(tt)) and requires a stop-loss to be attached to every simulated position within two (2) minutes of opening. Breach of this cap is enforced through the escalation ladder set out in T&C §7.5.1 (trade removal → Soft Breach → Hard Breach), and is not, of itself, an automatic Hard Breach.
  • The Max Risk to Stop-Loss cap is a virtual risk-management parameter applicable to the simulated Account only; it does not correspond to any real loss of money by, or amount payable to or by, the Participant.

5. Reward mechanics

This section sets out the bi-weekly Performance Reward schedule applicable to this product — the cadence at which the Participant becomes eligible to submit Performance Reward requests.

AttributeSetting

6. Weekend and news holding

The following trading rules and restrictions apply to this product. Each row sets out a Rule and its Setting; unset rules follow the general operation of the Terms, including T&C §7 (Prohibited Uses and Trading Rules).

RuleSetting
Weekend Holding RestrictionApplies — no positions may be held over the weekend. Friday weekend close: 22:00 UTC. Sunday re-open: 22:00 UTC. Primary enforcement: platform auto-close at the cut-off moment. Where platform auto-close fails, the Participant remains responsible under industry-standard practice for ensuring no positions are carried over the weekend; any resulting breach is treated as the Participant's responsibility.
Overnight Holding RestrictionDoes not apply — positions may be held overnight on weekdays (Monday–Thursday).
News-trading — Evaluation PhasePermitted without restriction.
News-trading — Funded stageOpening or closing simulated trades within a ±5-minute window before or after red-folder events on the ForexFactory calendar is not permitted. Trades placed within this window are deducted from simulated profit and excluded from Performance Reward computation.
Inactivity ruleAt least one opened trade per 30 calendar days; failure to open a trade is a hard breach.

No product-specific carve-outs apply beyond what is expressly stated in the Risk parameters and Weekend/news-holding sections above.

8. Time limits and account expiry

No account-expiry time limit applies to NEO NOVA beyond the inactivity rule set out above.

9. Add-ons

This section sets out the optional purchasable add-ons available for this product at the time of Account purchase.

10. Product-specific notes

  1. Weekend Holding is restricted on NEO NOVA (Friday 22:00 UTC to Sunday 22:00 UTC forced close), distinguishing it from NEO DUO, NEO EXPRESS and NEO ACCESS, which do not force a weekend close in the same manner but otherwise apply Weekend Holding permission per their own rows above.
  2. Refund Policy. NEO NOVA carries no product-feature Account-Price refund mechanic at any payout milestone. Statutory consumer-withdrawal rights (including the EU/EEA 14-day right of withdrawal under Refund Policy §4) and the general refund exceptions set out in the Refund Policy (technical failure, billing error, material discrepancy, KYC failure) remain unaffected.

11. Legacy note

This section replaces prior v2.0 Prime/Origin family products, which are now Legacy Programmes under T&C Annex B.2. Legacy parameters are archived in Annex B of this Plan Specification.

4.2 NEO DUO

NEO DUO is a two-step Funded Evaluation Account product for Forex and Metals instruments, offered on MetaTrader 5, across the standard simulated-capital range (USD 5,000 / 10,000 / 25,000 / 50,000 / 100,000). The Participant completes two Evaluation Phases in sequence — an 8% Evaluation Goal in Phase 1 and a 5% Evaluation Goal in Phase 2 — before advancing to the funded stage. The Daily Virtual Limit is 5% and the Max Virtual Limit is 8%, both operating under Static methodology. No reference is made in this Plan Specification to any real capital, real trading, salary, investor return, or any term inconsistent with the simulated-account characterisation of the Terms.

10. Product-specific notes

  1. NEO DUO is restructured in this Plan Specification as a standalone product. In prior Plan Specification versions, the two-step Prime-family product bearing this structure was associated with a broader Prime/Origin family grouping; that grouping is discontinued, and NEO DUO now stands on its own product line.
  2. Asymmetric Evaluation Goal. NEO DUO is the only two-step product in the active catalogue whose Evaluation Goal differs between phases (Phase 1: 8%, Phase 2: 5%).
  3. Refund Policy. 100% Account-Price refund granted upon the Participant's second successful Performance Reward request on the funded stage. The refund is processed as a separate transfer, distinct from the second Performance Reward payout, and is only triggered upon explicit request by the Participant at or after the second-payout milestone (not auto-credited, not added to the second-payout amount).

11. Legacy note

This section replaces prior v2.0 Prime/Origin family products, which are now Legacy Programmes under T&C Annex B.2. Legacy parameters are archived in Annex B of this Plan Specification.

4.3 NEO EXPRESS

NEO EXPRESS is an Express Evaluation Account — a Funded Evaluation Account with no separate Evaluation Phase; admission to the funded stage occurs upon purchase, with the single set of objectives (minimum trading days, Profitable Days Required, Consistency Rule) gating Performance Rewards — for Forex and Metals instruments, offered on MetaTrader 5, across the small-and-mid simulated-capital range (USD 1,500 / 2,500 / 5,000 / 10,000 / 25,000 / 50,000 / 100,000). NEO EXPRESS applies a Daily Virtual Limit of 3% and a Max Virtual Limit of 4%, both Static, a Profitable Days Required threshold of 5 days at ≥ 0.3% each, and a Consistency Rule with a 20% Best-Day cap (Best Day must not exceed 20% of cycle profit). 10. Product-specific notes

  1. Express characterisation. NEO EXPRESS is offered without a separate Evaluation Phase. Admission to the funded stage occurs upon purchase, with the single set of objectives (minimum trading days, Profitable Days Required, Consistency Rule) gating Performance Rewards; the Account is subject to all funded-stage parameters listed above.
  2. Single Reward Coefficient tier. NEO EXPRESS is offered exclusively at Tier 70 (Reward Coefficient 70%, fixed). No add-on is available to change this tier.
  3. Consistency Rule. NEO EXPRESS applies a 20% Best-Day cap (Best Day must not exceed 20% of cycle profit) as the Consistency Rule — the tightest Best-Day cap in the active catalogue.
  4. News blackout window. The ±5-minute news blackout applies from Day 1 of Account activation because NEO EXPRESS has no Evaluation Phase during which a more permissive news-trading rule could otherwise apply.
  5. Refund Policy. NEO EXPRESS carries no product-feature Account-Price refund mechanic at any payout milestone. Statutory consumer-withdrawal rights (including the EU/EEA 14-day right of withdrawal under Refund Policy §4) and the general refund exceptions set out in the Refund Policy (technical failure, billing error, material discrepancy, KYC failure) remain unaffected.

4.4 NEO ACCESS

NEO ACCESS is a Pay-After-You-Pass, one-step Funded Evaluation Account product for Forex and Metals instruments, offered on MetaTrader 5, across the standard simulated-capital range (USD 5,000 / 10,000 / 25,000 / 50,000 / 100,000). NEO ACCESS applies a 3% Evaluation Goal in its single Evaluation Phase, a Daily Virtual Limit of 5% and a Max Virtual Limit of 7%, both Static, a minimum trading-day requirement of 1 day, no Profitable Days Required on the evaluation stage, a tiered Consistency Rule that changes as the Participant advances (25% → 35% → 45% by Recognition Level), a progressive Reward Coefficient that unlocks automatically as accumulated Performance Rewards increase (70% → 80% → 90%), and a 30-calendar-day time limit on the evaluation stage. No reference is made in this Plan Specification to any real capital, real trading, salary, investor return, or any term inconsistent with the simulated-account characterisation of the Terms.

Recognition TierRecognition LevelReward CoefficientAdvancement criterion
Progressive Level 1 (initial)70%70%Default Level assigned at Account creation
Progressive Level 2 (unlocked)80%80%Automatic advancement upon crystallisation of the 2nd Performance Reward on the Account
Progressive Level 3 (unlocked)90%90%Automatic advancement upon crystallisation of the 6th Performance Reward on the Account (i.e. 4 further Performance Rewards after reaching Level 2)

Initial Simulated Capital (tiers). USD 5,000 / 10,000 / 25,000 / 50,000 / 100,000.

Account Price. Account Prices for each Initial Simulated Capital tier are published on the Company checkout calculator and are not reproduced in this Plan Specification. Account Price is subject to the standard modification regime and non-retroactivity rule defined in the Terms. As a Pay-After-You-Pass product, the price payable at purchase and the price (if any) payable upon passing the evaluation stage are both displayed on the Company checkout calculator and are not reproduced in this Plan Specification.

  • NEO ACCESS is designated in this Plan Specification as offering a Progressive Recognition Tier within the meaning of T&C §1.5(hh). Recognition Levels advance automatically from Level 1 (70%) to Level 2 (80%) upon crystallisation of the second (2nd) Performance Reward on the Account, and from Level 2 (80%) to Level 3 (90%) upon crystallisation of the sixth (6th) Performance Reward on the Account (four (4) further Performance Rewards after Level 2 is reached).
  • Advancement is automatic upon satisfaction of the published criterion and is not at the Company's discretion. Advancement does not require, and is not conditional on, any additional purchase, payment, add-on, or Participant application.
  • The Reward Coefficient is the percentage figure applied to performance in the calculation of any Performance Reward; it is not a share of trading profits or a return on investment.
  • Once a higher Level has been reached in respect of a given NEO ACCESS Funded Evaluation Account, that Level applies to all subsequent Performance Reward calculations for that Account and does not step back down for the life of that Account (subject to T&C §16.7).

3. Objectives

NEO ACCESS comprises one Evaluation Phase and one funded stage. The Evaluation Phase is subject to a 30-calendar-day time limit as set out in the Time limits section below.

ParameterEvaluation PhaseFunded stage
Evaluation Goal (Profit Target)3% of initial BalanceN/A
Minimum trading days1 dayNone (subject to inactivity rule)
Maximum stage duration30 calendar days (time limit on evaluation; see Time limits section)Unlimited
Profitable Days Required0 (no Profitable Days Required on the evaluation stage)As published per Performance Reward request cycle
Consistency RuleDoes not apply — the Consistency Rule is evaluated per Performance Reward cycle, and no Performance Reward requests are made on the Evaluation PhaseTiered by Recognition Level: 25% at Level 1 → 35% at Level 2 → 45% at Level 3 (see Consistency Rule detail below)

4. Risk parameters

Every Funded Evaluation Account is subject at all times to a Daily Virtual Limit and a Max Virtual Limit. For NEO ACCESS, the Daily Virtual Limit is 5% of the initial Balance and the Max Virtual Limit is 7% of the initial Balance, both operating under Static methodology.

LimitValueMethodologyReference value
Daily Virtual Limit5% of initial BalanceStatic methodologyInitial Balance
Max Virtual Limit7% of initial BalanceStatic methodologyInitial Balance
Max Risk to Stop-Loss per Trade Idea3% of initial BalanceStatic per-trade capInitial Balance
  • The Daily Virtual Limit operates as a Static threshold equal to 5% of the initial Account Balance set at Account creation and does not change for the life of the Account. The running daily-loss counter resets at 00:00 UTC each day; the threshold value itself remains constant.
  • The Max Virtual Limit operates as a Static threshold equal to 7% of the initial Account Balance — it does not trail equity and remains constant for the life of the Account.
  • The Daily Virtual Limit and Max Virtual Limit are virtual risk-management thresholds applicable to the simulated Account only; they do not correspond to any real loss of money by, or amount payable to or by, the Participant.
  • The Max Risk to Stop-Loss per Trade Idea is capped at 3% of the initial Account Balance, as defined and enforced under T&C §1.5(uu).

Maximum leverage — Forex majors1:50
Maximum leverage — MetalsAs published in the Company's leverage register
Supported instrumentsForex majors / minors and Metals, per the Company's instrument register
Prohibited and restricted practicesGoverned by T&C §7 (Prohibited Uses and Trading Rules), including §7.10 (Prohibited Trading Practices). No product-specific carve-outs apply.

7. Prohibited / Restricted

Prohibited and restricted trading practices for this product are governed by T&C §7 (Prohibited Uses and Trading Rules), including §7.10 (Prohibited Trading Practices). No product-specific carve-outs apply beyond what is expressly stated in the Risk parameters and Weekend/news-holding sections above.

8. Time limits and account expiry

NEO ACCESS applies a 30-calendar-day time limit on the Evaluation Phase, measured from the date of Account activation. If the Participant has not achieved the Evaluation Goal (Profit Target) and satisfied the minimum-trading-days requirement within 30 calendar days of Account activation, the Evaluation Phase expires and the Account is closed in accordance with the Terms. There is no maximum-duration time limit on the funded stage beyond the general inactivity rule.

9. Add-ons

This section sets out the optional purchasable add-ons available for this product at the time of Account purchase.

Add-onAvailable for NEO ACCESSEffect
Reward Coefficient tier add-onNot available— (the Reward Coefficient on NEO ACCESS progresses automatically 70% → 80% → 90% based on accumulated Performance Rewards; it is not a purchasable add-on and is not a Participant choice)

10. Product-specific notes

  1. Pay-After-You-Pass mechanic. NEO ACCESS is the Company's Pay-After-You-Pass product: a reduced or deferred component of the Account Price applies at initial purchase, with a further amount (if any) payable only upon successfully passing the Evaluation Phase, as published on the Company checkout calculator.
  2. Progressive Reward Coefficient. NEO ACCESS is the only product in the active catalogue whose Reward Coefficient is not fixed or chosen at purchase; instead, it advances automatically through three tiers (70% → 80% → 90%) as the Participant's cumulative Performance Rewards increase.
  3. Tiered Consistency Rule. The Consistency Rule applicable to NEO ACCESS is tiered by Recognition Level, loosening from 25% at Level 1 to 35% at Level 2 to 45% at Level 3 as the Progressive Recognition Tier advances. The Level applicable at any given time to the Participant's Account controls the Consistency Rule threshold applied to that Account for the purpose of Performance Reward calculation.
  4. Evaluation time limit. NEO ACCESS applies a 30-calendar-day time limit on the Evaluation Phase, which is unique among the active products — see the Time limits and account expiry section below.
  5. No Profitable Days Required on the evaluation stage. NEO ACCESS is the only active product with a Profitable Days Required of 0 on its evaluation stage.

Annex A — Universal Parameters

A.1 Calculation methodology for percentage-based limits

Unless a product’s Risk parameters section expressly states otherwise, every percentage-based Daily Virtual Limit and Max Virtual Limit published in this Plan Specification is calculated on an initial-balance basis: the threshold is a fixed percentage of the Initial Simulated Capital (initial Account Balance) recorded at Account creation for the relevant Evaluation Phase or funded stage. The threshold, once set, does not change during the life of the stage unless the product’s own Risk parameters section expressly designates a trailing methodology.

A.2 Static versus Trailing methodology

Static methodology. Under the Static methodology, the Daily Virtual Limit or Max Virtual Limit threshold is calculated once, as a fixed percentage of the initial Account Balance set at Account creation, and does not move thereafter. All four active products in this Plan Specification (NEO NOVA, NEO DUO, NEO EXPRESS, NEO ACCESS) apply Static methodology to both the Daily Virtual Limit and the Max Virtual Limit.

Trailing methodology. Under a Trailing methodology, the threshold moves in reference to an equity or balance high-water mark rather than remaining fixed at the initial Balance. No active product under this Plan Specification currently applies a Trailing methodology; any future designation of a Trailing methodology to an active product will be effected by amendment of this Plan Specification, published in accordance with the standard modification regime, and will take effect prospectively only.

A.3 Rounding rules

All percentage-based threshold calculations are carried to two decimal places and are not rounded upward against the Participant. All monetary computations relevant to the Minimum Performance Reward Amount are carried to the nearest cent (USD 0.01) using standard rounding (round-half-up).

A.4 Time-zone reference

All times referenced in this Plan Specification, including daily reset times, weekend close/re-open times, and news-blackout windows, are stated in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), unless expressly stated otherwise.

A.5 Reward request cadence — bi-weekly cycle definition

All four active products operate on a bi-weekly Performance Reward schedule. The first Performance Reward request becomes available 14 calendar days after funded-stage activation. Each subsequent Performance Reward request becomes available every 14 calendar days from the date of the immediately preceding Performance Reward. Each such 14-calendar-day period constitutes one Reward Cycle for the purposes of the Terms. The Minimum Performance Reward Amount applicable to every Performance Reward request, on every active product, is USD 100.

Annex B — Legacy Programmes

This Annex documents Products previously offered under Plan Specification v2.0 and earlier versions. Each Legacy Programme listed below is discontinued under Plan Specification v3.0 and is closed to new purchases. The provisions in this Annex preserve, for the avoidance of doubt and continuity of administration, the operative parameters under which Participants holding such Accounts purchased their Funded Evaluation Account. Provisions in Annex B do not create new Products and do not entitle any Participant to purchase a Legacy Programme. Each Legacy Programme block is self-contained and is to be read independently of the active-Product provisions set out elsewhere in this Plan Specification. Legacy Programmes are also cross-referenced in T&C Annex B.2 (Legacy Programmes).

Legacy Programme status. The following fifteen (15) products are discontinued under Plan Specification v3.0: (v2.0 active edition) NEO PRIME, NEO DUO (v2.0 OLD EDITION), NEO DUO ORIGIN, NEO EXPRESS (v2.0 OLD EDITION), NEO NOVA (v2.0 OLD EDITION); (v1.0 legacy edition) Nova (v1.0 OLD EDITION), Origin 2-Step, Origin 1-Step, Origin Express Evaluation, Prime 2-Step, Prime 1-Step, Prime Express Evaluation, Crypto 2-Step, Crypto 1-Step, Crypto Express Evaluation. Historical parameters set out below are retained for existing Participant obligations only. New sales are unavailable. The Crypto-based Legacy Programmes below are additionally cross-referenced in T&C Annex B.2 (which lists them by name without republishing per-product numerical parameters); the per-product parameters for those Crypto-based Legacy Programmes are set out in this Plan Specification only.

B.1 NEO PRIME (LEGACY — discontinued, closed to new purchases)

Legacy Programme. NEO PRIME is documented in this Annex for historical continuity. It is discontinued under Plan Specification v3.0 and closed to new purchases. Historical parameters set out below are retained for existing Participant obligations only; new sales are unavailable.

Legacy Programme. NEO PRIME is a one-stage Funded Evaluation Account product offered across the standard simulated-capital range (USD 5,000 / 10,000 / 25,000 / 50,000 / 100,000) at a premium fee tier in exchange for tighter risk limits, a reduced Minimum-Trading-Days requirement, a reduced Profitable Days Required on the funded stage, and a 14-day Program benefit schedule by default. The Daily Virtual Limit operates as a Static account-level threshold and the Max Virtual Limit operates as a Static threshold. No reference is made in this Plan Specification to any real capital, real trading, salary, investor return, or any term inconsistent with the simulated-account characterisation of the Terms.

The Daily Virtual Limit threshold equals 4% of the initial Account Balance set at Account creation and does not change for the life of the Account (Static methodology). The running daily-loss counter resets at 00:00 UTC each day; the threshold value itself remains constant. - The Max Virtual Limit operates as a Static threshold — it does not trail equity. The threshold is computed against the initial Balance and remains constant for the life of each stage.

11. Product-specific notes

  1. Refund Policy. NEO DUO ORIGIN carries no Account-Price refund mechanic at any payout milestone.
  2. Static Max Virtual Limit. The Max Virtual Limit on NEO DUO ORIGIN is computed against the initial Balance for the entire life of each stage and does not trail equity. The wider headline value (8%) reflects the absence of trailing protection.
  3. Symmetric Evaluation Goal. NEO DUO ORIGIN applies the same 6% Evaluation Goal to both Evaluation Phases, making it a symmetric two-stage product.

12. Legacy note

This Legacy Programme was previously offered under Plan Specification v2.0 or earlier. It is discontinued under Plan Specification v3.0 and closed to new purchases. Historical parameters above are retained for existing Participant obligations only; new sales are unavailable. See T&C Annex B.2 (Legacy Programmes) for the cross-reference.

B.4 NEO EXPRESS (v2.0 OLD EDITION) (LEGACY — discontinued, closed to new purchases)

Legacy Programme. NEO EXPRESS (v2.0 OLD EDITION) is documented in this Annex for historical continuity. It is discontinued under Plan Specification v3.0 and closed to new purchases. Historical parameters set out below are retained for existing Participant obligations only; new sales are unavailable.

Legacy Programme. NEO EXPRESS is an Express Evaluation Account product — a Funded Evaluation Account that does not include an Evaluation Phase — offered at a premium fee tier in exchange for a tighter Max Virtual Limit, a tighter Consistency Rule, and a 14-day Program benefit schedule by default. NEO EXPRESS is offered across the small-and-mid simulated-capital range (USD 1,500 / 2,500 / 5,000 / 10,000 / 25,000 / 50,000 / 100,000). The Daily Virtual Limit and the Max Virtual Limit both operate under Static methodology. No reference is made in this Plan Specification to any real capital, real trading, salary, investor return, or any term inconsistent with the simulated-account characterisation of the Terms.

Recognition Tier is the contractual parameter chosen and paid for by the Participant at purchase. Each Recognition Tier maps to (i) a Recognition Level expressed as a percentage figure and (ii) a Reward Coefficient applied in the calculation of any Performance Reward.

Account Price. Account Prices for each combination of Initial Simulated Capital and Program benefit schedule are published on the Company checkout calculator and are not reproduced in this Plan Specification. Account Price is subject to the standard modification regime and non-retroactivity rule defined in the Terms.

  • Recognition Tier is a static parameter of the Funded Evaluation Account and is not assigned by the Company mid-programme.
  • The Reward Coefficient is the percentage figure applied to performance in the calculation of any Performance Reward; it is not a share of trading profits or a return on investment.
  • NEO EXPRESS is an Express Evaluation Account: there is no Evaluation Phase. The Recognition Tier upgrade add-on is not offered for this product.

3. Objectives

NEO EXPRESS is an Express Evaluation Account: only the funded stage applies.

ParameterFunded stage
Evaluation GoalN/A (no Evaluation Phase)
Minimum trading days5 days
Maximum stage durationUnlimited
Profitable Days Required5 Profitable Days at ≥ 0.3% daily-profit threshold per Performance Reward request
Consistency RuleApplies — 20% Best-Day cap, evaluated per Performance Reward cycle (resets after each Performance Reward): the realised profit of the single best Trading Day within a cycle must not exceed 20% of the total realised profit accrued during that cycle. Failure of the Consistency Rule at the moment of a Performance Reward request is not, of itself, a breach of the Terms — it operates as a hold on that Performance Reward request; the Participant may continue trading within the same cycle until additional realised profit re-balances the cycle metrics below the 20% Best-Day cap, at which point the Performance Reward request may be re-submitted.

4. Risk parameters

B.5 NEO NOVA (v2.0 OLD EDITION) (LEGACY — discontinued, closed to new purchases)

Legacy Programme. NEO NOVA (v2.0 OLD EDITION) is documented in this Annex for historical continuity. It is discontinued under Plan Specification v3.0 and closed to new purchases. Historical parameters set out below are retained for existing Participant obligations only; new sales are unavailable.

NEO NOVA is differentiated from the rest of the catalogue by four product-specific mechanics applied in combination: (i) the Daily Virtual Limit is denominated as a fixed USD amount per simulated-capital tier and operates under the Trailing-no-Floor methodology during the Evaluation Phase; (ii) the Max Virtual Limit is denominated as a fixed USD amount per simulated-capital tier and operates under the Floored Trailing with Lock methodology during the funded stage; (iii) the Performance Reward Buffer applies; (iv) Weekend Holding is restricted. 4. Risk parameters

Every Funded Evaluation Account is subject at all times to a Daily Virtual Limit and a Max Virtual Limit. For NEO NOVA, both limits are denominated as fixed USD amounts per simulated-capital tier. During the Evaluation Phase, the Max Virtual Limit operates under Trailing-no-Floor methodology. During the funded stage, the Max Virtual Limit operates under Floored Trailing with Lock methodology.

USD 100,000USD 3,000USD 3,000
USD 150,000USD 4,500USD 4,500
  • The Daily Virtual Limit on NEO NOVA is denominated as a fixed USD amount per simulated-capital tier (4% of initial capital for the 10K, 25K, 50K tiers; 3% for the 100K, 150K tiers) and operates under Trailing-no-Floor methodology anchored from the highest equity during the Evaluation Phase. The per-tier USD amounts are set out in the table above.
  • The Max Virtual Limit on NEO NOVA operates under Floored Trailing with Lock methodology during the funded stage. The Max Virtual Limit follows equity upwards in the conventional trailing manner until Floor Lock activates. Floor Lock activates at the first moment Account equity strictly exceeds (Equity > Initial Balance + per-tier Max Virtual Limit USD amount), measured on equity, not balance. Once activated, Floor Lock fixes the Max Virtual Limit at the initial Balance and is irreversible.
  • The Daily Virtual Limit and Max Virtual Limit are virtual risk-management thresholds applicable to the simulated Account only; they do not correspond to any real loss of money by, or amount payable to or by, the Participant.

6. Weekend and news holding

The following trading rules and restrictions apply to this product. Each row sets out a Rule and its Setting; unset rules follow the general operation of the Terms.

No product-specific carve-outs apply beyond what is expressly stated in the Risk parameters and Weekend/news-holding sections above.

8. Time limits and account expiry

No account-expiry time limit applies to this product beyond the general inactivity rule set out in Annex A and the applicable Rule rows above.

9. Performance Reward Buffer

This section sets out whether and how the Performance Reward Buffer applies to this product; per-tier figures (where applicable) are set out in the table below.

AttributeValue
Performance Reward BufferApplies
Buffer formulaPer-tier Max Virtual Limit amount + USD 100 (minimum Performance Reward request threshold)

USD 100,000USD 3,000USD 100USD 3,100
USD 150,000USD 4,500USD 100USD 4,600

The Performance Reward Buffer is a non-withdrawable minimum Account balance that must remain on the NEO NOVA Account at all times. The Participant cannot withdraw any portion of the Buffer; at every Performance Reward / Benefit Program payment request, the post-request Account balance must not fall below the Buffer level applicable to the Initial Simulated Capital of the Account. The Buffer exists to prevent a Max Virtual Limit breach that would otherwise occur if all accumulated profits were withdrawn at once. The Buffer operates at the Account level, not the Performance Reward request level.

11. Product-specific notes

  1. USD-fixed risk-limit denomination. NEO NOVA is the only Forex-based product whose Daily Virtual Limit and Max Virtual Limit are denominated as fixed USD amounts per simulated-capital tier rather than as percentages of Balance.
  2. Floored Trailing with Lock as the Max Virtual Limit methodology on the funded stage. NEO NOVA is the only product in the catalogue whose Max Virtual Limit operates under Floored Trailing with Lock on the funded stage. The Floor Lock activates at first-time strict outperformance of (Initial Balance + Max Virtual Limit amount), measured on equity, and is irreversible.
  3. Performance Reward Buffer. NEO NOVA is the only product in the catalogue to which the Performance Reward Buffer applies.
  4. Weekend Holding restricted. NEO NOVA restricts Weekend Holding. Overnight Holding is permitted on weekdays (Monday–Thursday).
  5. Refund Policy. NEO NOVA carries no Account-Price refund mechanic at any payout milestone.
  6. Split Profitable Days Required. NEO NOVA is the only product whose Profitable Days Required differs between the first Performance Reward request (3 days) and each subsequent Performance Reward request (4 days). The daily-profit threshold (≥ 0.5%) is the same for both.
  7. Consistency Rule (funded stage only). NEO NOVA applies a 40% Best-Day cap as the Consistency Rule on the funded stage. The Consistency Rule does not apply during the Evaluation Phase.

12. Legacy note

4. Risk parameters

Every Funded Evaluation Account is subject at all times to a Daily Virtual Limit and a Max Virtual Limit. For Nova, both limits are denominated as fixed USD amounts per simulated-capital tier (not as percentages of Balance), and both apply identically across the Evaluation Phase and the funded stage.

Initial Simulated CapitalDaily Virtual Limit (USD)Max Virtual Limit (USD)
USD 25,000USD 1,000USD 1,000
USD 50,000USD 2,000USD 2,000
USD 100,000USD 3,000USD 3,000
USD 150,000USD 4,500USD 4,500
  • The Daily Virtual Limit on Nova operates as a Per-Position Daily-Loss Cap — the cap applies to each individual position from entry equity and is enforced via continuous monitoring at the position level via stop-loss placement and any stop-loss edits on open positions; a position whose stop-loss distance from entry equity exceeds 2% of entry equity, or whose floating loss at any moment exceeds 2% of entry equity, constitutes a hard breach. This is a hard breach mechanism: a position whose unrealised loss reaches the cap triggers automatic position closure and is a Daily Virtual Limit breach. The per-tier USD figures above (USD 1,000 / 2,000 / 3,000 / 4,500) function as the maximum per-position loss permissible under the 2% rule at each capital point; the binding test is the lower of (i) 2% of entry equity and (ii) the per-tier USD amount.
  • The Max Virtual Limit on Nova operates under Floored Trailing with Lock methodology.

9. Performance Reward Buffer

USD 100,000USD 3,000USD 100USD 3,100
USD 150,000USD 4,500USD 100USD 4,600

The Performance Reward Buffer is a non-withdrawable minimum Account balance that must remain on the Nova Account at all times.

10. Add-ons

Optional purchasable add-ons available at the time of Account purchase for the Nova product. Add-ons are acquired exclusively by purchase at Account creation; they are not awarded on the basis of any performance metric.

11. Product-specific notes

  1. Per-Position Daily-Loss Cap as the Daily Virtual Limit methodology. Nova is the only product in the catalogue whose Daily Virtual Limit operates under Terms. All other Forex-based products operate under Static or Trailing-no-Floor .
  2. Floored Trailing with Lock as the Max Virtual Limit methodology. Nova is the only product in the catalogue whose Max Virtual Limit operates under Terms. The Floor Lock activates at first-time strict outperformance of (Initial Balance + Max Virtual Limit amount), measured on equity, and is irreversible.
  3. USD-fixed risk-limit denomination. Nova is the only Forex-based product whose Daily Virtual Limit and Max Virtual Limit are denominated as fixed USD amounts per simulated-capital tier rather than as percentages of Balance.
  4. Performance Reward Buffer. Nova is the only product in the catalogue to which the Performance Reward Buffer applies.
  5. Weekend Holding and Overnight Holding both restricted. Nova is the only product in the catalogue that restricts both Weekend Holding and Overnight Holding concurrently.
  6. Refund Policy. Nova carries no Account-Price refund mechanic at any payout milestone. (Other 1-step Forex-based products offer a 100% refund on second Performance Reward; this is not applicable to Nova.)
  7. Split Profitable Days Required. Nova is the only product whose Profitable Days Required differs between the first Performance Reward request (3 days) and each subsequent Performance Reward request (4 days). The daily-profit threshold (≥ 0.5%) is the same for both.

The Participant must complete two Evaluation Phases in sequence, each against a percentage Evaluation Goal; on successful completion of both phases, the Account advances to the funded stage. The Daily Virtual Limit and the Max Virtual Limit both operate as Static account-level thresholds. No reference is made in this Plan Specification to any real capital, real trading, salary, investor return, or any term inconsistent with the simulated-account characterisation of the Terms.

4. Risk parameters

Every Funded Evaluation Account is subject at all times to a Daily Virtual Limit and a Max Virtual Limit. For Origin 2-Step, both limits are denominated as percentages of the initial Account Balance and apply identically across both Evaluation Phases and the funded stage.

LimitValueMethodologyReference value
Daily Virtual Limit4% of initial BalanceStatic methodologyIntra-day equity at daily reset
Max Virtual Limit8% of initial BalanceStatic methodologyInitial Balance
  • The Daily Virtual Limit operates as a Static threshold. The Daily Virtual Limit threshold equals 4% of the initial Account Balance set at Account creation and does not change for the life of the Account (Terms — Static methodology). The running daily-loss counter resets at 00:00 UTC each day; the threshold value itself remains constant. - The Max Virtual Limit operates as a Static threshold — it does not trail equity. The threshold is computed against the initial Balance and remains constant for the life of each stage.
  • The Daily Virtual Limit and Max Virtual Limit are virtual risk-management thresholds applicable to the simulated Account only; they do not correspond to any real loss of money by, or amount payable to or by, the Participant.

11. Product-specific notes

  1. Refund Policy. Origin 2-Step carries no Account-Price refund mechanic at any payout milestone.
  2. Static Max Virtual Limit. Unlike Origin 1-Step (Trailing-no-Floor), the Max Virtual Limit on Origin 2-Step is computed against the initial Balance for the entire life of each stage and does not trail equity. The wider headline value (8% vs 7%) compensates for the absence of trailing protection.

ParameterFunded stage
Evaluation GoalN/A (no Evaluation Phase)
Minimum trading days5 days
Maximum stage durationUnlimited
Profitable Days Required5 Profitable Days at ≥ 0.3% daily-profit threshold per Performance Reward request
Consistency RuleApplies — 30% Best-Day cap, evaluated per Performance Reward cycle (resets after each Performance Reward): the realised profit of the single best Trading Day within a cycle must not exceed 30% of the total realised profit accrued during that cycle. Failure of the Consistency Rule at the moment of a Performance Reward request is not, of itself, a breach of the Terms — it operates as a hold on that Performance Reward request; the Participant may continue trading within the same cycle until additional realised profit re-balances the cycle metrics below the 30% Best-Day cap, at which point the Performance Reward request may be re-submitted.

4. Risk parameters

Every Funded Evaluation Account is subject at all times to a Daily Virtual Limit and a Max Virtual Limit. For Origin Express Evaluation, both limits are denominated as percentages of the initial Account Balance and operate under Trailing methodology.

Max Virtual Limit6% of initial BalanceTrailing-no-Floor methodologyEquity high-water mark
  • The Daily Virtual Limit operates under Trailing-no-Floor methodology with a 22:00 UTC daily re-anchor. The Account equity is recorded at 22:00 UTC each day and serves as the reference value for the 3% Daily Virtual Limit during the trading day that follows; the threshold re-anchors to the new equity value at the next 22:00 UTC anchor point.
  • The Max Virtual Limit operates under Trailing-no-Floor methodology. It follows equity upwards in conventional trailing manner with no floor protection.
  • The Daily Virtual Limit and Max Virtual Limit are virtual risk-management thresholds applicable to the simulated Account only; they do not correspond to any real loss of money by, or amount payable to or by, the Participant.

4. Risk parameters

Every Funded Evaluation Account is subject at all times to a Daily Virtual Limit and a Max Virtual Limit. For Prime 2-Step, both limits are denominated as percentages of the initial Account Balance and apply identically across both Evaluation Phases and the funded stage.

LimitValueMethodologyReference value
Daily Virtual Limit5% of initial BalanceStatic methodologyIntra-day equity at daily reset
Max Virtual Limit8% of initial BalanceStatic methodologyInitial Balance
  • The Daily Virtual Limit operates as a Static threshold. The Daily Virtual Limit threshold equals 5% of the initial Account Balance set at Account creation and does not change for the life of the Account (Terms — Static methodology).

5. Reward mechanics

3. Objectives

Prime Express Evaluation is an Express Evaluation Account: only the funded stage applies.

2. Tiers and Reward Coefficient

Recognition Tier is the contractual parameter chosen and paid for by the Participant at purchase. Each Recognition Tier maps to (i) a Recognition Level expressed as a percentage figure and (ii) a Reward Coefficient applied in the calculation of any Performance Reward.

Recognition TierRecognition LevelReward Coefficient
Tier 80 (default)Up to 80%80%
Tier 90 (with Recognition Tier upgrade add-on)Up to 90%90%

Initial Simulated Capital (tiers). USD 5,000 / 10,000 / 25,000 / 50,000 / 100,000. The USD 1,500 / 2,500 / 150,000 capital points are not offered for Crypto 1-Step.

Account Price. Account Prices for each combination of Initial Simulated Capital, Recognition Tier and Program benefit schedule are published on the Company checkout calculator and are not reproduced in this Plan Specification.

3. Objectives

Crypto 1-Step comprises one Evaluation Phase and one funded stage.

Minimum trading days4 days3 days
Maximum stage durationUnlimitedUnlimited
Profitable Days Required4 Profitable Days at ≥ 0.5% daily-profit threshold3 Profitable Days at ≥ 0.5% daily-profit threshold per Performance Reward request

4. Risk parameters

Every Funded Evaluation Account is subject at all times to a Daily Virtual Limit and a Max Virtual Limit. For Crypto 1-Step, both limits are denominated as percentages of the initial Account Balance and apply identically across the Evaluation Phase and the funded stage.

LimitValueMethodologyReference value
Daily Virtual Limit3% of initial BalanceStatic methodologyIntra-day equity at daily reset (00:00 UTC)
Max Virtual Limit6% of initial BalanceTrailing-no-Floor methodologyEquity high-water mark, continuous trail for the life of the Account (no Floor Lock, no anchor to initial Balance)
  • The Daily Virtual Limit operates as a Static threshold on all stages. The Daily Virtual Limit threshold equals 3% of the initial Account Balance set at Account creation and does not change for the life of the Account (Terms — Static methodology). The running daily-loss counter resets at 00:00 UTC each day; the threshold value itself remains constant. - The Max Virtual Limit operates under Trailing-no-Floor methodology on all stages. The Max Virtual Limit follows equity upwards continuously throughout the life of the Account: the threshold equals (equity high-water mark − 6% of initial Balance) at all times and re-anchors to each new equity high. There is no Floor Lock, no anchor to the initial Account Balance, and no irreversible lock event. The threshold continues to trail the equity high-water mark for the entire life of the Account; if equity reaches a new high, the threshold moves up accordingly, but the threshold never moves downwards when equity falls below the prior high.
  • Worked example — USD 25,000 Crypto 1-Step Account (Max Virtual Limit amount = USD 1,500): at Account creation, the Max Virtual Limit threshold equals USD 23,500 (25,000 − 1,500). If equity rises to a new high of USD 28,000, the threshold re-anchors to USD 26,500 (28,000 − 1,500); if equity subsequently falls to USD 27,200, the threshold remains at USD 26,500 (no downward movement). The threshold continues to trail each new equity high-water mark continuously for the entire life of the Account, with no Floor Lock and no anchor to the initial Balance.
  • The Daily Virtual Limit and Max Virtual Limit are virtual risk-management thresholds applicable to the simulated Account only; they do not correspond to any real loss of money by, or amount payable to or by, the Participant.

5. Reward mechanics

The Program benefit schedule sets the cadence at which the Participant becomes eligible to submit Performance Reward / Benefit Program payment requests on the Account.

AttributeSetting
First-eligibility threshold (from funded-stage activation)30 calendar days (standard) / 14 calendar days (with Program benefit schedule Add-On)
Standard cadence for subsequent Performance RewardsEvery 30 calendar days from the preceding Performance Reward (standard) / every 14 calendar days (with Program benefit schedule Add-On)
Program benefit schedule Add-On availabilityAvailable — reduces first-eligibility threshold and subsequent cadence from 30 days to 14 days
Minimum Performance Reward request thresholdUSD 100
Lower-limit thresholdUSD 25

6. Weekend and news holding

The following trading rules and restrictions apply to this product. Each row sets out a Rule and its Setting; unset rules follow the general operation of the Terms.

RuleSetting
Weekend Holding RestrictionDoes not apply — positions may be held over the weekend
Overnight Holding RestrictionDoes not apply — positions may be held overnight
News-trading — Evaluation PhasePermitted without restriction.
News-trading — Funded stageOpening or closing simulated trades within a ±5-minute window before or after red-folder events on the ForexFactory calendar is not permitted. Trades placed within this window are deducted from simulated profit and excluded from Performance Reward computation. (Soft Breach Policy: deduction / breach / reset offer), (Repeated Violations → termination).
Inactivity ruleAt least one opened trade per 30 calendar days; failure to open a trade is a hard breach. A position opened and immediately closed at zero P&L is sufficient to reset the inactivity counter.
Maximum leverage — BTC / ETH1:5
Maximum leverage — Altcoins1:2
Supported instrumentsCrypto perpetuals / pairs, per the Company's Crypto-based instrument register
Minimum / maximum lot sizeAs supported by the selected trading platform; product-specific caps as published in the Company's risk register
HedgingPermitted
Expert Advisors and algorithmic tradingNot permitted for this product — prohibited categories: (i) Expert Advisors and any automated order-execution system; (ii) copy-trading services in any form; (iii) marketed or sold third-party signal services. Custom indicators are permitted provided they do not autonomously place, modify or close orders; signal-based manual entries are permitted.

No account-expiry time limit applies to this product beyond the general inactivity rule set out in Annex A and the applicable Rule rows above.

9. Performance Reward Buffer

10. Add-ons

Optional purchasable add-ons available at the time of Account purchase for the Crypto 1-Step product. Add-ons are acquired exclusively by purchase at Account creation; they are not awarded on the basis of any performance metric.

Add-onAvailable for Crypto 1-StepEffect
Program benefit schedule Add-OnYesReduces first-eligibility threshold and subsequent cadence from 30 calendar days to 14 calendar days
Recognition Tier upgrade add-onYesUpgrades Recognition Tier from Tier 80 to Tier 90 (Recognition Level up to 90%; Reward Coefficient 90%)

11. Product-specific notes

  1. Two-platform availability. Crypto 1-Step is offered on both MetaTrader 5 and TradeLocker. The Participant selects the platform at purchase; the platform selection cannot be changed mid-Account.
  2. Trailing-no-Floor methodology. Crypto 1-Step's Max Virtual Limit operates under the Trailing-no-Floor methodology. The threshold trails the equity high-water mark continuously throughout the life of the Account, re-anchoring upwards to each new equity high. There is no Floor Lock, no anchor to the initial Account Balance, and no irreversible lock event. This methodology differs from the Floored Trailing with Lock methodology applied to the Nova product, under which a Floor Lock activates at first-time strict outperformance of (Initial Balance + Max Virtual Limit amount) and anchors the threshold permanently to the initial Balance.
  3. No Evaluation Goal on funded stage. Once the Account advances to the funded stage, no further percentage Evaluation Goal applies; the Account is governed by the Daily Virtual Limit, Max Virtual Limit, Profitable Days Required, Minimum-Trading-Days requirement and Program benefit schedule listed above.
  4. No Expert Advisors / no copy-trading / no signal services. Algorithmic trading via Expert Advisors, copy-trading services or marketed third-party signal services is not permitted on Crypto 1-Step.
  5. Refund Policy. 100% Account-Price refund granted upon the Participant's second successful Performance Reward request on the funded stage. The refund is processed as a separate transfer distinct from the second Performance Reward payout and is only triggered upon explicit request by the Participant at or after the second payout milestone (not auto-credited, not added to the second payout amount).

12. Legacy note

This Legacy Programme was previously offered under Plan Specification v2.0 or earlier. It is discontinued under Plan Specification v3.0 and closed to new purchases. The Participant accesses the funded stage directly upon Account purchase. The Daily Virtual Limit and the Max Virtual Limit both operate under Trailing methodology, and a Consistency Rule of 20% Best-Day cap applies. Expert Advisors and other algorithmic trading mechanisms are not permitted on this product. No reference is made in this Plan Specification to any real capital, real trading, salary, investor return, or any term inconsistent with the simulated-account characterisation of the Terms.

  • Recognition Tier is a static parameter of the Funded Evaluation Account and is not assigned by the Company mid-programme.
  • The Reward Coefficient is the percentage figure applied to performance in the calculation of any Performance Reward; it is not a share of trading profits or a return on investment.
  • Crypto Express Evaluation is an Express Evaluation Account: there is no Evaluation Phase.

3. Objectives

Crypto Express Evaluation is an Express Evaluation Account: only the funded stage applies.

Every Funded Evaluation Account is subject at all times to a Daily Virtual Limit and a Max Virtual Limit. For Crypto Express Evaluation, both limits are denominated as percentages of the initial Account Balance and operate under Trailing methodology.

LimitValueMethodologyReference value
Daily Virtual Limit3% of initial BalanceTrailing-no-Floor with daily re-anchor methodologyAccount equity recorded at the most recent 22:00 UTC daily anchor
