Change of Participant Email

To protect your account, email changes are only available for participants with a KYC-verified profile.

What you need

1. KYC must be completed on your current email.

2. A video of yourself holding:

   • The original ID used for KYC

   • A handwritten sign showing:

     • The new email address

     • The date of the request

3. Send this verification from both email addresses:

   • Your current email

   • Your new email to be registered
